Minimum stay is four nights. For other than a calendar month, the monthly rate applies to a 4 week [28 night] stay. Maximum occupancy is four persons.

January – March - $2500 a month

Extra nights if available $120/night.

Florida Sales Tax must be added to these rates.  Rates are for up to four (4) persons  All rates in US dollars.  We accept bank and personal checks, paypal and cash.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE: Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 20% of the total.  The remaining 80% plus state taxes are due on arrival (Florida resort & sales tax is 11.5%).
In addition a security deposit of $200 is required upon check-in and is returned as soon as the premises are checked for damages and/or missing items.  If requested, we will try to arrange this to coincide with your day of departure and return your deposit before you leave.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled less than 30 days before your arrival date will result loss of your deposit.  However, if we are able to fill the vacancy created by the cancellation your deposit will be returned to you.
